We are seeking creative, highly motivated professional (Administrative Manager, part-time) to join the team based in Framingham, MA.
Job Description and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a role in overseeing the administrative operations of business and supporting staff. They will perform human resources duties (assist with hiring and onboarding, handle discipline actions, etc), assist with corporate finance (work with accounting consultants), and managing the day-to-day operation (ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of equipments, etc). The successful candidate will effectively complete assigned tasks independently while collaborating with other departments, understanding and familiarizing with the corresponding workflow.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Prior experience in administrative jobs is a plus
· Basic knowledge of accounting
· Ability to negotiate with external suppliers and vendors
· Ability to multi-task by supporting multiple projects is essential
· Excellent interpersonal skills and oral/written communication
· Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
